Replacement of Oswego Bridge (Regional Road 45)
All Niagara Region projects

About the project

The Oswego Creek Bridge on Creek Road (Regional Road 45) between Diltz Road and Marshagan Road in Wainfleet is currently closed to replace the Oswego Creek bridge structure.

We will replace the structure with a new two lane structure, including on road active transportation. This will include an earth retention system to minimize the impact to the natural environment.

The replacement bridge structure will also be elevated to minimize the higher water levels and improve public safety.

The Oswego Creek Bridge Replacement is a component of the completed Municipal Class Environmental Assessment.
