You can submit a formal complaint on the conduct of a Justice of the Peace, court administration staff or prosecutors.

Support for disabilities

If you or someone that you represent needs accessibility services or accommodation:

Request your accommodation as early as possible to give the court time to review and work with you to determine the most appropriate support.

Some accommodations may not be possible without enough notice. At least two weeks notice is recommended.

No recordings

Recording of court matters by video or audio is strictly prohibited without preauthorization, as per the Courts of Justice Act.

Court interpreter

Court proceedings are done in English (and French, when requested).

If you need help in another language for your court appearance, you may request an interpreter. Contact the Niagara Region Provincial Offences Court once you have a court date.
