Accessibility

Niagara Region is committed to delivering accessible programs and services to everyone in Niagara.

Community engagement on accessible taxis

We want your input on the availability of accessible private taxis in Niagara.

We want to hear from you if:

  • You have a disability and use or have used accessible taxis
  • You are a caregiver to someone with a disability who has used accessible taxis
  • You operate or have operated private taxicabs, including accessible taxicabs

Niagara Region does not offer or provide taxi services directly. We issue business licenses for taxis, including accessible taxis.

About the survey
