Environmental Records Search
An environmental records search provides information that Niagara Region Environmental Enforcement has about environmental concerns associated with a specific address.
The request typically is for records related to environmental spills, violations of the sewer use by-law, or other pertinent information on an industrial property.
Fees and searching
- There is a one time fee of $185.09 information handling fee charged for environmental record searches
- Niagara Region will only search records and information that we own
- Only one address will be searched per request
Delivery
Search results will be sent four weeks after receiving the request.

Niagara Region may not hold any of the requested records. To verify if there may be records prior to submitting this application, or if you have any questions or concerns, email Environmental Enforcement or call 905-980-6000 ext. 3417.
