Submitting a Formal Letter to Council

You can communicate with Regional Council by submitting a formal letter.

Submissions must be submitted to the Regional Clerk no later than 9 a.m. on the Friday before the Council meeting for inclusion on the Council agenda.

Written submissions must be submitted to the Regional Clerk no later than 9 a.m. on the day of the Council meeting for inclusion on the Council addendum.

Notice to individuals writing to Regional Council or Committees

Written submissions, such as letters and petitions, may be placed on a public agenda and will become part of the public record. Your personal information will be collected and maintained for the purpose of creating a record and may be available to the general public pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001, and the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, and any other relevant Acts.
