Councillor Conflict of Interest Registry

Under the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act, Niagara Region is required to establish and maintain a public registry of disclosures of interest declared by members of Council. The registry must include the original written declaration provided by the member and must be available to the public.

The original documents are available for public inspection in the Office of the Regional Clerk, Niagara Region headquarters, any time between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
