Regional Development Charge Policy Task Force

The Regional Development Charge Policy Task Force was established by Regional Council, through the Corporate Services Committee, to function as an advisory group to Regional Council on matters related to the Region's Development Charges By-law, including but not limited to:

• Evaluation of the Region's Development Charges Smart Growth Exemption applications
• Preparation of the Region's Development Charges Background Study
• Resolution of issues arising from the on-going administration of the Region's Development Charges By-law
