Charity of Choice Application

To support your request for a charitable donation through proceeds of the Regional Chair's Golf Tournament, complete the application by June 30, 2024.

As we receive numerous requests each year with limited funds, this application will help us evaluate how our donations can provide assistance / services to as many of those in need as possible.

Only Niagara not-for-profit organizations can apply. Successful candidates will be notified by the end of July 15, 2024.
