Submit your request at least three weeks before the celebration to ensure you receive the message on time.

Anniversary certificates are available for couples celebrating 50 years or more of marriage by five year increments (55th, 60th, 65th).
Birthday request form
Birthday certificates are available for individuals celebrating major age milestones: 80, 85, 90, 95, 100 and older by five year increments.
