All trips within Niagara and to the Hamilton Transfer Hub are a flat fee (one way).
Trips between Port Colborne and Welland, or between Fort Erie and Niagara Falls carry a separate fee. See the table for fare products and pricing options for within Niagara. This includes trips to the Hamilton Transfer Hub.

The customer service agent will issue the corresponding ticket by mail once the payment is processed.
Payment can be made with the driver by cash or cheque only. The driver will issue the corresponding ticket at the time of payment.
Cheques must be made payable to The BTS Network Inc. Non-sufficient funds will result in the riders being charged the non-sufficient funds cost plus a $20 administrative fee. If the rider fails to pay, eligibility will be suspended until the account is paid.
The customer service representative will tell the rider of the cost when booking their trip. Upon boarding, the driver will 'punch out' a trip if you are using a 10-ride ticket.
Niagara Region has partnered with DARTS to offer a Hamilton Transfer Hub. Located in Stoney Creek off Hwy. 8, this transfer hub will connect Niagara Specialized Transit riders with DARTS, who will drive riders to their desired location in Hamilton. Niagara Specialized Transit riders can now book all types of trips to Hamilton, including work, social and medical-related trips.
The Niagara Specialized Transit fare to the Hamilton Transfer Hub is the same as all other Niagara Specialized Transit fares. However, an additional DARTS fare will apply.
