About the project

The Twelve Mile Creek Bridge was built in 1978. The bridge is located on Fourth Avenue (Regional Road 77) in St. Catharines about 200 metres north of the Fourth Avenue and 406 Highway interchange. The bridge crosses Twelve Mile Creek.

Niagara Region will start with the design for the bridge rehabilitation in 2025. Construction is scheduled for 2026.

The public will be notified of any impacts to vehicular and pedestrian traffic as the project advances.
