About the Project

Residents and motorists in West Lincoln can expect construction to start on Regional Rd. 20 in the coming months. Planning for this project has been underway since 2013.

Public Engagement

Businesses remain open

Temporary sidewalk and driveway closures may happen from time-to-time, but pedestrian access to businesses will be maintained at all times.

Expected traffic delays

Regional Rd. 20 will be kept open to through traffic during construction, with the exception of paving. During paving, the road will be closed during night hours only and will reopen to traffic in the morning.

Throughout construction, there will be temporary lane restrictions which will result in delays. Residents and motorists can avoid delays by using alternative routes.

On-street parking

Upon completion of construction, there will no longer be on-street parking available on Regional Rd. 20 (West St.) between Station St. and Wade Rd. Residents and motorists are encouraged to utilize one of the off-street parking facilities available in the area.
