Call Centre and IT Integration Study

As we move towards an integrated transit system, there are customer focused services that will need to be unified.

This study will look at the call centre and information technology infrastructure currently used in the existing transit services of:

  • Niagara Region
  • St. Catharines
  • Niagara Falls
  • Welland

The study will make recommendations on how best to integrate these services for maximum customer service improvements.
