Niagara Region has started upgrading and expanding the Grimsby Water Storage System. These upgrades include the addition of a 15 million-litre potable water storage reservoir and a new section of watermain along Park Rd.
There will also be upgrades completed at the existing Park Road Pumping Station and Reservoir. The section of watermain to be constructed along Park Rd. will run from the new Grimsby reservoir (located to the south of Ridge Rd.) to the existing watermain (located to the north of Ridge Rd).
