About the project

Beaver Creek bridge (structure 063215) is located on Canborough Road (Regional Road 63) in West Lincoln approximately one kilometre east of Wellandport. It carries Canborough Road over Beaver Creek.

The structure, originally constructed in 1955, is a two lane single lane slab on steel girder structure with a span of 13.1 metres. The Region completed an analysis of the bridge in 2019 and recommends the replacement of the Beaver Creek bridge.

The project includes the complete replacement of the existing structure, including widening for paved shoulders and the reconstruction of the approaches on either side of the bridge.
