National Housing Day Event Supports New Affordable Housing Development in Niagara

This year’s National Housing Day will focus on supporting non-profit housing providers, developers and municipal planners in addressing Niagara’s shortage of affordable housing. For the third year, Niagara Regional Housing (NRH) has partnered with Niagara Region Community Services and the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) to host this event.

This year the City of St. Catharines is hosting the event at the First Ontario Performing Arts Centre. The theme of this year’s event is information sharing and the development of an affordable housing toolkit.
