Non-disclosure Agreement

The data shall not be disclosed by the applicant to any other party unless provided with express consent by Niagara Region.

The applicant may only use the data to undertake analyses pertaining to traffic engineering and safety studies impacting traffic on Niagara Region roadways as specified within this request for the data.

The applicant is permitted to disclose the data to employees of the applicant's organization and/or parties who require the data in order to undertake or review the aforementioned traffic engineering and safety studies. As a condition, the applicant shall require such parties not to disclose the data to any other party.

The applicant shall be liable to Niagara Region for any breach by such employees and/or agents of this disclosure. The applicant agrees that it shall not disseminate or make available the data, on any digital communications network, including, without limitation, the Internet or any intranet.

Any personal information or personal health information submitted will be collected, used, and disclosed, where applicable, by members of Regional staff according to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act or the Personal Health Information Protection Act.
