Report a concern or complaint
If you have concerns about your child's care:
- Schedule a time with your caregiver to talk about your concerns
- Be prepared and make notes ahead of time
- Be clear about what's being said. Ask for clarification if needed.
- Arrange a follow-up meeting, if necessary
To report a complaint about a licensed child care centre or private home day care agency:

Provide your feedback
Share your feedback about Children's Services programs with staff. This includes Regional child care, licensed home child care, EarlyON Child and Family Centres, fee subsidy program and special needs resourcing.
