School Nurse Services for Niagara High School Students

A school nurse is available to provide one-on-one support to Niagara students in grades nine to 12 with:

  • Relationships, birth control, and sexual health (in select schools)
  • Substance misuse and addiction, including vaping and smoking
  • Stress and coping skills
  • Personal health concerns such as sleep habits, healthy eating and physical activity
  • Dental health
  • Vaccinations
  • Connection to other community services

School nurses can be reached by a phone call or text Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. If you contact them outside of these hours, you can expect a response the following day. Weekend calls or texts will be answered on Monday.
