Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some Regional services are closed or cancelled.

Vaccine Pick-up and Delivery Schedule

The COVID-19 pandemic has made it necessary for us to change our vaccine pick-up and delivery model. All vaccine pick-up has been cancelled. Instead, we will deliver the vaccines directly to your facility according to the vaccine delivery schedule below.

  • Send us your vaccine order three business days before you need to receive it
  • Select either the 'Pick-up' or 'Deliver to facility' option on the order form

Pick-up at Public Health Office

When picking up a vaccine, bring:

  • Transport cooler
  • Cold packing materials such as ice packs and gel blankets
  • Digital transport minimum / maximum thermometer, not a fridge thermometer. The transport cooler must be between +2.0°C and +8.0°C for the vaccine to be released.
