Notice of application for approval to expropriate land

​Expropriations Act

 

In the matter of an application by the Regional Municipality of Niagara for approval to expropriate land for the reconstruction of McLeod Road (Regional Road 49) between Oakwood Drive and Wilson Crescent in Niagara Falls and related work.

 

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to expropriate part of the land described as Schedule ‘A’.

 

Any owner of land affected by this notice who wants a hearing on whether the taking of such land is fair, sound and reasonably necessary in the achievement of the objectives of the expropriating authority must notify the approving authority in writing:
