Notice of St. Paul Street W road opening

​St Paul Street West (Regional Road 81) between Pelham Road and Louth Street (Regional Road 72) in the City of St. Catharines will be open to vehicular traffic on Friday, Nov. 28, 2025.

Regional Road 81, St Paul Street West will be opening to traffic end of day Friday, Nov. 28, 2025. St. Paul Street West CNR Bridge reconstruction is now complete and vehicular and pedestrian traffic can now use the new bridge structure.
