Notice of proposed updates to Fees and Charges By-Law

At its meeting being held on Thursday, Dec. 11, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., Niagara Regional Council will consider a revised fees and charges by-law scheduled to take effect on Jan. 1, 2026.

The report outlining the proposed 2026 schedule of fees and charges will be presented at the Budget Review Committee of the Whole meeting on Thursday, Dec. 4, 2025  (Report CSD 66-2025).

Written submission

To provide written input, mail comments to the Office of the Regional Clerk, 1815 Sir Isaac Brock Way, Thorold, Ontario, L2V 4T7 or by email to clerk@niagararegion.ca.

Oral submission

To speak at the Council meeting, pre-register with the Regional Clerk by emailing clerk@niagararegion.ca before 9 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 5, 2025. If you would like to participate electronically, registrants will be provided with instructions.
