Notice of construction for the Victoria Avenue (Regional Road 24) watermain replacement in Lincoln

​Niagara Region is starting transmission watermain upgrades on Victoria Avenue (Regional Road 24) between King Street and 180 metres south of Moyer Road in Lincoln. The current watermain was installed in 1969. This work will replace approximately 900 metres of watermain and replace all system valves and connections.

Construction is planned to start in March and last until June 2024.

 

Lane restrictions, lane closures and road closures resulting in travel delays are expected and ongoing. Alternate routes around the construction zone will be shared.
