The project is being conducted in accordance with Schedule 'A+' of the Municipal Engineers Association (MEA) Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) guidelines (October 2000, as amended in 2007, 2011 & 2015), which is approved under the Ontario Environmental Assessment Act.
Public Information Centre
A Public Information Centre has been arranged to provide an opportunity for individuals, interest groups and agencies to review the proposed works. This public information centre will be conducted as an informal session, with information on the project (including planned construction activities, future disruptions and site specific property impacts) available for the public to view. Staff from Niagara Region and the Beam-Rankin team will be on hand to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
