Road closure for South Service Road in Lincoln

 

The Victoria Avenue Sewage Pumping Station and Forcemain Upgrades project is progressing through construction. A section of the new sanitary forcemain has been installed on South Service Road between Bartlett Road and Tufford Road. Crews will now pave this section of the roadway.

 

South Service Road between Bartlett Road and Victoria Avenue South will be closed on Thursday, Sept. 24 and Tuesday, Sept. 29 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

 

Limited access will be available for local traffic only.

 

There will be no changes to garbage, recycling and organic collection as a result of the construction. If needed, the contractor will carry bins to a more accessible location and return once emptied. Residents should label their bins to help ensure they are not misplaced.
