Supportive housing helps meet individual care needs while optimizing health and well-being in a supervised residence.
Deer Park Suites
Deer Park Suites is located at
150 Central Ave., Grimsby, has 26 rental suites.
Tenants are responsible for furnishing and maintaining their own suite, including bedding and toiletries.
Features
Tenants are offered the following as part of their accommodation arrangement:
- 3 meals per day provided in a common dining room
- Access to in-house washer and dryer
- Access to a common gathering space
- Window air conditioning unit
Support Services
A range of services are provided to help tenants live as independently as possible. Services are tailored to specific needs, and may include:
- Personal care assistance with bathing and dressing
- Medication prompts
- Wellness security checks
- Assistance with laundry services
- Assistance with light housekeeping
