Child Vaccinations

Every child must have either:

  • an updated and complete immunization record, or
  • a legal exemption form on file for each child attending school.

Parents are responsible for providing up-to-date vaccination information.

Two Ways to Report your Child's Vaccinations

Your child could be suspended from school if their immunization records are not up-to-date. Letters are sent out to parents in advance if a suspension is pending.

Pre-Suspension Immunization Clinics

Pre-Suspension Immunization Clinics are available at several locations across Niagara for your child to receive their immunizations.

Exemption Forms

Children can be exempted due to medical, religious or philosophical reasons.

School-based Clinics

School-based Immunization - HPV, Hepatitis B and Meningococcal vaccines are offered to students free of charge
