Child Care Registry Information for Service Providers
To manage the registry for your program, log into the Niagara Child Care Registry.
For assistance with the registry website, contact OneHSN Support at 1-888-722-1540 or support@OneHSN.com, Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Policy
It is the service provider's responsibility to:
- Ensure provider and program information on the application is accurate
- List all available programs for parents
- Respond to parents that have registered and are listed in the Application Waitlist Administration section of the registry
If a provider cannot maintain the application, they will be contacted by Children’s Services. Support and training will be offered to the provider to ensure the website is providing accurate information to parents.
