Accessibility Design Standards for Facilities

All construction and renovations done at Regional facilities must follow the Universal Design Standards. These guidelines:

Improve access to our services for all citizens
Ensure that Niagara Region facilities are user-friendly and accessible for everyone, including persons with a disability
Apply to all new construction and / or renovated Regional owned, leased or operated facilities
Apply to all employed and contracted persons doing business with our organization.
