Ordering Condoms and Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Medication
Order for medications can be made by:
- Physicians
- Nurse practitioners
- Walk-in clinics
- Community health centres
Order condoms as part of your STI medication order:
- Complete the order online or print / fax the form
- Fax the completed form to 905-688-6063
Order medication for syphilis
For consult about syphilis or to order medications, call 905-688-3817 or 1-800-263-5757, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and ask to talk to a nurse.
Free medication with prescriptions
If you don't have the necessary medication on hand and want your patient to get free medication, you can direct them to our sexual health centre. You'll need to write a prescription for them. Tell your patient that they will need to speak with a sexual health nurse first to book an appointment.

Compassionate access to birth control or Gardasil®9 for low income patients:
- Mirena™ IUS - Register with Health Loyalty and complete the enrolment form
- Nexplanon® - Email Organon Aspire for the enrolment form
- Gardasil®9 - Email Merck Care for the enrolment form
