Make a Payment to Niagara Region
Payment information
We have added extra security measures for submitting your payment. You may experience technical difficulties if the billing address does not match the one associated with your credit card. You may also need to confirm your identity using two-factor authentication, such as a code sent to your phone.
For help with your billing address or phone number, contact your credit card provider or your company's credit card administrator. If you have any other issues, email Accounts Receivable.
New process for planning fees only
- Go to our planning applications portal
- Under Planning Applications, select "Applications Search"
- In the planning application search put in your project name, planning application number, or address, or roll number. This should populate your file, if not found contact Development Planning Applications or 905-980-6000 ext. 3256
If you would like to make a payment to Niagara Region and are unable to do so through another method (such as cheque, electronic funds transfer, online banking or telephone banking), complete the form to pay by credit card.
Once you have completed the form, you will be redirected to a secure payment page to enter your credit card information.

Receipts
Emailed receipts come from Niagara Region via webmaster@niagararegion.ca. Be sure to check your junk email folder in case it is flagged as spam.
Refunds and contact
If you need a refund for a payment that you made, request a refund.
For any other questions about your payment, email Accounts Receivable.
Our payment system will be temporarily unavailable on March 20 from 9 p.m. to March 21 at noon due to system maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience.
